Meet the Chef 

Chef Rohan Brown’s culinary experience started over 30 years ago in his parent’s kitchen at the age of nine. Born and raised in the small town of Asia District in Manchester, Jamaica, Rohan developed a love for cooking from seeing his mom cooking for his 12 siblings. As the baby of all his siblings he trailed behind his mom’s every move and his passion for cooking continued to develop. Today, Rohan has mastered the art of cooking authentic Jamaican dishes and has taken the leap into fulfilling his life long dream of sharing his culinary skills with the world...well at least Vaughan.

When you ask Rohan what’s the secret to creating such master piece, his response “you just have to add love to every meal.”
